Shipping Policy

All Shilajit69 1-pack, 3-pack, 5-pack and 10-pack orders include free standard shipping within the United States unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address error before your order ships, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shilajit69.com.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery area, with household members, neighbors or building staff when applicable, and allow up to 24 hours before contacting us.

Replacement & Returns Policy

Because Shilajit69 is a consumable dietary supplement, we generally do not require customers to return products when an approved replacement is issued.

We may provide a replacement if your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, incorrect or with items missing.

If your claim is approved, we will generally ship a replacement without requiring you to mail the affected product back to us.
